Is what i usually eat ok? i'm vegetarian/almost vegan? - faux apples
Breakfast - 1 / 2 cup of oatmeal with 4 Prunc and fat-free soy milk
- Bar any cereal (as in 6 hours, breakfast and lunch at 11 clock)
Lunch - small grain bread and avocado salad with walnuts and apples, 25 g of chocolate soy
Cafeteria - 3 apples and plums
Dinner - steak tofu and imitation cheese with 1 / 2 roasted potatoes and vegetables, dessert - soy yogurt (100 calories)
i'm5ft 3, healthy weight and I can have a very active, I go to the gym a week Cardio 3 TIMS

That sounds pretty good. Share count calories while providing at least 1500 - 1800 calories per day, but seems pretty good. These links can help with the calories.
