Recovering from Anorexia, HELP PLEASE!? - anorexia: before&after photos

Hello, I was diagnosed a few months ago, Im 5 "8 and I was 98 pounds. Now I'm 105 lbs. Before anorexia was 130 pounds and 5" 6 (do not ask how I 'I gained 2 inches in a few months ) and my nutritionist said that want to reach my ideal weight is 132 pounds! Which is heavier than they first began surly this is wrong, why should more strongly to the top? Would not that make me if I overweight?

What had to change your weight before, during and after anorexia?
Please help! xx

Ive been suffering from anorexia since the age of 13 years and I'm almost 23 now, that my body has changed, usually in the last 10 years, especially in height.

First, I should have said around 130 (also in the 5'8) and I always said that for 5 years, but still 96 and in the struggle to overcome this weight.

Coz I sick so young, until my weight is really relevant, but I was at a normal weight for my age and the amount of time.

In anorexia has suffered my body. I was forced into inpatient care (ie, rehabilitation) 4 times Coz I was literally on the brink of death and I do not know, get this point again.

But not more than 132 real weight. Actually at the lower end I normal.andbeen treated with a lot of girls who have reached the range of normal weight and was glad to be a normal life, life is not completely free of disease at the time, but in a position to deal with it and not succumb to.

The fact is that the weight slowly and should continue to focus on her recovery, I spend much time wish I could say one of them from my heart and honestly, I do not want to be like me and still struggling with this for 10 years.

I think I can help you to feel in control of weight gain. Then at a target some increases every week ... ie 1 or 2 pounds if you feel comfortable with him.

If your goal assists for a BMI of 21 or 22 () within the normal range, it would be ideal, weight and 5 & # 039, 8 and 132, your BMI is over 20 years. No where near overweight. Good luck with your recovery.

As the person in front of me gave way to lose weight, I'll answer your question.
Remember, you are now higher, which means they have more bone mass, corresponding to more weight.
So do not carry more weight if it is a bit lighter than before.
